Nigerian Couple Who Gave Birth To Sextuplets In US – Show Off Their Babies      A Nigerian couple, Ajibola and Adeboye Taiwo who welcomed a set of sextuplets in the United States after 17 years of marriage – are still thanking God for the multiple blessings even after one year. The pictures of the healthy and fresh looking babies were posted on social media to mark one year of their miraculous delivery. Ajibola Taiwo gave birth to sextuplets last year at a Richmond hospital, three boys and three girls. It was the first time sextuplets were born at VCU Medical Center, according to reports. The babies were born on May 11 with the help of a 40-person medical team. Ajibola gave birth at roughly 30 weeks and delivered by Caesarean section. The couple had tried to conceive a child for nearly two decades. Heavy Rainfall Wreaks Havoc In A Cemetery In Kano. PICS   While the living are complaining of the havoc wrecked by the heavy downpour in Kano state days, the dead appear not to be at rest also. According to reports, the rainfall also affected a cemetery in the state as seen in the picture below. The cemetery workers are calling on the appropriate authorities in the state to look into the issue before it gets worse with the corpses. Some days ago, it was reported that a caterpillar excavator used for road construction – was submerged in a flood after a heavy downpour in Kano state. According to Abubakar Dala, the equipment had been left at the site for some days now – only for residents to be shocked to see it had been submerged after hours of rainfall. Mrs. Bolanle Ambode, who is the wife of the Governor of Lagos State, has come to the aid of a woman who reportedly gave birth to a set of quintuplets in Lagos. The first lady of the state offered to give the family a monthly allowance of N500, 000 for the next twelve months, for the care of the babies. The couple, Mr. and Mrs. Augustine Obiefuna of Orile Iganmu, a suburb of the State were reported to have been filled with so much joy and appreciation at this largess by the wife of the governor. Quintuplets are five babies born from one pregnancy. Other welfare arrangements by the Governor’s wife for the newborns include: supply of diapers for one year; supply of baby milk and other essentials for one year, all these in addition to two bus-loads of baby essentials like beds, mattresses, diapers, boxes of cloths, socks, pants, caps, etc, that accompanied her on a visit to the infants, at the Lagos Island Maternity.
